Donkey Kong’s Kit And Tie

Whether from "Donkey Kong," "Donkey Kong Country," and "Donkey Kong Jungle Beat;" or "Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars;" even from Donkey Kong's TV show "Donkey Kong Country" that aired in France in 1997 and the United States in 1998.

Or from whichever the 35 Different versions of Donkey Kong, this costume is the best you could get to look like the famous gorilla.

This Donkey Kong kit features an oversized gorilla headpiece. The set includes Donkey Kong's signature red tie to complete the look!

The Donkey Kong's kit and tie have 100% polyester and 100% polyurethane for materials.

If you're preparing for Halloween this early on and you would want to wear the most recognizable character, there is, your best chance is this Donkey Kong's kit and tie.

After all, this gorilla is the only one whose popularity skyrocketed worldwide.

I have this feeling that the one reading this article is someone who knows Donkey Kong from the video games and the Donkey Kong movies.

But Donkey Kong is much, much older!

The original Donkey Kong is an arcade game launched in 1981. That information means he is 40 years old (as old as the one writing this article).

Back when people only knew Donkey Kong within the arcades' confines, they call the game "DK."

You'll find it interesting that artists who created Donkey Kong patterned the gorilla's movements after a horse.

The creators thought that gorillas are slow, moving in manners incompatible with video games.

Meanwhile, the creators derived Donkey Kong from "King-Kong," a Japanese phrase in a similar context with stubbornness and dumb.

You'll find it strange that "Donkey Kong" and the famous movie "King-Kong" have no connection whatsoever.

Universal had sued Nintendo for Donkey Kong, claiming that it is too similar to the film "King-Kong."

Well, the court found that Donkey Kong was already in the public domain before the launch of "King-Kong."

Many of the younger ones at present may have played Donkey Kong on Nintendo 64 and all consoles that come after it, including the famous Donkey Kong Land.

I am not sure if many know about this, but Mario is Donkey Kong's owner. Unlike with the Super Mario Brothers game series, however, Mario was abusive to Donkey Kong.

Mario is more of a villain and was known back then as Jumpman. Does that mean Donkey Kong is more popular?

Stand out this coming Halloween by wearing a costume recognizable to all! Channel the gorilla who people know worldwide by wearing this Donkey Kong kit and tie.
