Marty: “Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Doc, uh, Are you telling me you built a time machine out of DeLorean?”
Doc: “The way I see it if you’re gonna build a time machine into a car, why not do it with some style?”
That dialogue right there took place during the first test of the fictional automobile-based time travel vehicle from the Back to the Future original movie released in 1985.
Two sequels followed the original, and a musical is happening in 2020.
But as for a Back to the Future part 4, film’s writer, Bob Galer, dismissed the idea entirely. The fourth part will never be going to happen because he doesn’t want to mess with everyone’s childhood.
Gale said the franchise should stay as is in the fans' minds. It has been 35 years, and it will be way longer to come.
Lucky for you who grew up with the film, we found an assortment of DeLorean time travel car replica that you can collect.
Whether you wanted the DeLorean Time Machine from Back to the Future original movie, Part II or Part II, there are many options to choose from.
They are highly-detailed. Some measure as big as 7 inches with bodies made with die-cast metal. Some come complete with working lights and sounds.
Most of the replica cars can run up to 88 mph. Indeed kids and kids-at-heart will have a terrific time playing.
Just note of the prescribed age because some of these cars are not for kids below eight years old due to choking hazards.
As for adults and elderly, there is no age limit as to who can play with these DeLorean time machine replicas. For one, the first movie comes out in 1985, which means the generation who loves the franchise is in their late 30s or early 40s by now.
